Project Scope

The Project Scope was defined in the Proposal stage and consists of the deliverables listed below:

Any additional services requested and agreements related to them will either be added as an addendum to this document or will be covered by a separate document.

Duration and timeline

The expected duration of the project’s execution is ___ weeks. This timeline starts from (the moment of signing the contract / date X) and covers the whole execution phase excluding revisions.

The duration of the project is given for general reference and may be updated throughout the project because of delays, revisions, and other factors. For more details, please visit the “Delays and project on hold” section.

Payment

The Client agrees to pay the total amount of ___ (excl. VAT) outlined in the Proposal for the execution of the Project’s Scope. Any additional fees related to the payment, such as bank charges and administrative fees, are excluded from the total amount and are to be paid by the Client.

Unless specified otherwise, the payment is to be done in 2 equal installments.

The payment due is seven days after the invoice receipt for all kinds of payments. Custom payment schemes are possible and can be agreed on separately and included as an addendum.

Cancellation & refund policy

The project may be canceled by any party at any given point in time.

In case the project is canceled by the Studio at any stage, all the payments related to the project will be refunded.

In case the project is canceled by the Client, the refund is only possible if the cancelation happened at least 2 weeks before the project start date mentioned in “Duration and timeline”. If the project is canceled by the Client during the execution phase, the client is still liable for any outstanding work that was completed but not yet charged for, and is obliged to pay the outstanding amount. The outstanding amount may be agreed on separately, but the default calculation basis is the ratio between the project duration on the cancellation date, and the total project duration (mentioned in “Duration and timeline”).
